Lil Durk’s Federal Trial Begins: The Charges, the Defense and What Jurors Must Decide

The Justice Department’s 2024 superseding indictment charged Banks with conspiracy, use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and firearms-related offences connected with an alleged crime of violence.
